1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and registering for The Human Edge workshop ("Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Event Registration

To register for the Event, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details and for all activities under your registration.

3. Payment Terms

  • All fees are due upon registration unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the Event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the Event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the Event: No refund, but registration may be transferred to another person.

Cancellation by NS Trainings:

We reserve the right to cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled date.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Event, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, recordings, and documentation, are the intellectual property of NS Trainings and Dr. Michael Hall. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during the Event. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

NS Trainings and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Event. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your registration.

8. Disclaimer

The information provided during the Event is for educational purposes only. Results from applying the techniques and strategies taught may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
